To show all folders you have stored on your email account on Outlook (like your junk mail folder, sent folder, or folders created on another computer), you will need to subscribe to the folders. A little annoying but just the way Outlook works unfortunately. These instructions will show you how to do this.


Firstly open up Entourage by clicking the icon (this is generally located in the dock).




Then right click on email account you wish to synchronize the folders to and then click on Synchronize Now.
