To show all folders you have stored on your email account on Thunderbird (like your junk mail folder, sent folder, or folders created on another computer), you will need to subscribe to the folders. A little annoying but just the way Thunderbird works unfortunately. These instructions will show you how to do this.
Firstly, open up Thunderbird by clicking on it`s icon (generally located in the dock) Once Thunderbird has loaded, expand your Inbox`s, (if they are not expanded already) which are located on the left side of the program in the navigation by clicking once on the small arrow located on the left of the word Inbox. Then right click on the email you wish to subscribe your folders to and click Subscribe.. A small window should then open with a list of folders inside a table. Select all of the folders by holding CMD (located left and right of the space bar) and left clicking on each folder. Once all folders are selected click on the button Subscribe. Then click OK. Please note / disclaimer - We provide a email accounts as part of our service. These email accounts can be accessed directly using our web based email system at www.ph9mail.co.uk.
