What is the payment schedule / policy for domain names?
Don`t worry, good news!!

Domain names are renewed automatically for you so you don`t loose them


The schedule

  • 60 days before... domain name expiry we’ll email you to let you know we’ll be renewing the domain name for you. In this email we`ll advise you of the cost. In this email we also give you the opportunity to cancel the domain name. This email sets out the notice period for doing so before it`s automatically renewed.

  • 30 days before... domain name expiry we’ll invoice you for domain name renewal and send you the invoice by email.

Why do I have to renew my domain name? Isn`t this included in the monthly fee?
