Are you using an Android tablet?
If your device is not an iPad, Samsung, Sony or HTC, first please check to see if it runs Android as the majority of non-Apple tablets run Android. It's usually only Apples, Kindles and Blackberrys that don't run Android. You can find out if your device does use Android by consulting the box or manual that came with it, or checking on the manufacturers website. If your device does run Android please go back and follow the Android instructions. Step by step instructions We are lucky enough to own an iPad and Android devices so we have been able to create step by step instructions with pictures for these. Due to the small number of people using other devices such as Kindle and Blackberry Tablets, we do not have dedicated instructions for these devices (as this would most likely involve purchasing one which we can't financially justify due to their relatively low uptake).
