PLEASE NOTE PAYPAL SOMETIMES CHANGE THE LAYOUT OF THEIR SYSTEM, SO THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY BECOME OUT OF DATE OR CHANGE IF PAYPAL CHANGE THEIR SYSTEM. IF OU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ASSISTANCE AND WE'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP!

1. In your preffered web browser, navigate to URL of your website manager. This will have been provided to you previously and is typically www.youraddress.com/websitemanager

2. Using the login form, enter the username and password you have been provided and click the login button.

3. Using the top level navigation, locate the settings link and click it.

4. Using the tabbed navigation in the main area of the page, click the financial tab.

5. Now you should be presented with the form you completed previously to configure paypal. Find the browse button next to PayPal Logo and click it.

6. Navigate to the logo on your computers file system and click open.
Please note this step could vary from computer to computer based on the operating system. Screenshot provided is from an Apple Mac.

7. Next click the save button at the bottom of the screen.

8. You have now uploaded your company logo. Underneath the PayPal logo browse button a text box will have appeared with the full URL to your company logo. From here we are going to add the url to our clipboard. Right click anywhere inside this box and then click copy.

9. Open a new window / tab in your web browser and navigate to www.paypal.com.

10. Using the login form in the top right hand corner of the page, enter the email address and password you supplied when registering your paypal account and click the Log In button.

11. Once logged in, using the navigation menus at the top, hover your cursor over the profile link (highlighted below) then move down the sub navigation list to my selling tools (highlighted below) and click this.

12. Now you will be presented with a list of different available options. From the first block of options find Payment Pages and click the update link on the right hand side.

13. Next we need to create a new page style. To this simply click the add button.

14. The new page style needs a name. For continuity please name this: Paypal_Custom. This should be entered in the Page Style Name text box.

15. Next we need to complete the Logo Image URL text box. This is the URL to the logo we uploaded earlier. In step 8 we copied this to our clipboard. Right click anywhere inside the text box and click paste.

16. Now scroll to the bottom of the page and click the save button.

17. Last but certainly not least, we need to make the page style active. To do this simply click the Make Primary button.

18. You will need to confirm step 17 on the following page by again clicking Make Primary.
