Change the bank account my direct debit is on
To change the bank account your direct debit / ACH debit (GoCardless) comes from please follow the instructions below:-

(NOTE: Due to the way direct debits / ACH debits work it is not possible for us to change the account for you without you following the below)

1) Visit our payment page at https://www.ph9.com/payonline

2) Under the section "Set up a monthly payment (direct debit)" press the button to set up a new direct debit

3) Follow all the on screen instructions

4) Email us once done with the details below so we can get payment switched over from the old account to the new one. We require:-

a) The name on the new account
b) The last 4 digits of the new account number
c) The name on the old account
d) The last 4 digits of the old account number
e) Details of which service(s) you need moving over
